Founded in 2008, Camarâo Orkestra recorded a first album whose repertoire was mainly inspired by the rhythms of the Nordeste region of Brazil (Maracatu & Ciranda). In 2016, the band worked on a brand new repertoire which opens out to the rest of Brazil (Samba, Boï, Afoxé...) as well as 'candomblé', the deep roots of Brazilian music.

Jorge Ben (since 1988 performing as Jorge Ben Jor). Brazilian musician, vocalist and songwriter, born 22 March 1939 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. In the early 1960s, Ben recorded as a samba artist, gaining international renown as a songwriter when Sérgio Mendes covered his song, "Mas Que Nada". His earliest works include samba music and songs inspired by Bossa Nova, being a predominant style in the 60's. Influenced by American Rock and Funk music, Jorge Ben created in his album Africa Brasil (1976) a new style called Samba-Rock, switching from the heavy use of acoustic guitar to electric guitar from that album on. As of 2023 he is still performing in Brazil and rarely in other countries.

Pop 1977 ITA Also appears as "Spark Records" on the Replay Series. Spark Records was a British record label started 1967 by Bob Kingston of publisher Southern Music in London. Spark relied heavily on the musicians, writers and studio technicians already employed by Southern: John Carter, Ken Lewis, Elmer Gantry's Velvet Opera, Eric Woolfson (Alan Parsons Project) and others. The brand "Spark" was copyrighted outside the UK in 1971 ("© 1971" appears under the Spark logo). The record company Spark Records (5) was founded by Peer-Southern Organization/Peer-Southern Productions, Inc. for distribution in US and Sweden. EMI and Spark Italiana Srl. were in charge of the distribution in Italy. Many of Spark's 1960s releases are now fetching high prices as original sales were usually very low due to poor promotion and an underserved distribution deal with Pye Records. Spark did become more successful in the mid-1970s with UK Top Ten hits from The Peppers, The Band Of The Black Watch and Wigan's Ovation. Bob Kingston left Spark after 11 years in 1977.
